Try to form the longest possible word by dragging letters into the slots before the timer runs out. Names don't count. Gaps in the word are ignored so it doesn't matter in what slot excactly you place the letter.
The longer the word the more dice you get for the next round. The game remembers the longest word even if you break it up again.
The game is over when you roll dice that don't form a word. (That usually only happens when you only have 3 of 4 dice)
You get one point for every letter in the word. The goal is to get the highest score.
Every round you get 10% less time than in the previous one.

The letter frequencies are nudged towards the frequencies of the letters in words.
There is always one die that has only vowels on it to ensure you don't get rolls with no vowels.
Here's how many dice you get for every word length:
length 2 -> 3 dice
length 3 -> 4 dice
length 4 -> 6 dice
length 5 -> 12 dice
length 6 -> 15 dice
length 7 -> 18 dice
length 8 -> 20 dice
